Each 51.2V 280Ah battery module uses CC-CV charging mode and supports a charging voltage of 58.4V. Under 0°C to 10°C conditions, the standard charge current is 56A. Under 10°C to 45°C conditions, the maximum charge current can reach 150A when the inverter, charger, cable size and system protection settings are properly configured.

200A Max Discharge Current Per Module

Each battery module supports 140A standard discharge current and up to 200A maximum discharge current. This makes the system suitable for solar storage projects that need stronger output capability than smaller single-battery backup systems.

At cabinet level, the system includes copper busbars and a 600A inverter output cable. The final system output should be matched with the inverter rating, protection devices, cable design and installation environment. According to the provided configuration, the cabinet can be matched with inverter systems below 30kW when the full system design is properly configured.

The cabinet is equipped with two copper busbars, each with T5.0 mm × W25 mm × L1000 mm dimensions. The copper busbar configuration supports system-level current collection within the designed over-current range.

The system also includes a 600A inverter output cable, using 75mm² cable with a length of 1.5 meters. This helps simplify connection between the battery cabinet and inverter. Reliable Operation Across Common Storage Environments

Each battery module supports charging from 0°C to 55°C and discharging from -20°C to 60°C. This operating range makes the system suitable for many indoor or protected energy storage environments, including garages, utility rooms, telecom rooms, equipment rooms and enclosed battery cabinets.

For storage before installation, the battery should be kept in a clean, dry and controlled environment. The recommended storage temperature is 0°C to 45°C for one month, 0°C to 35°C for three months and 0°C to 25°C for six months.
