This 51.2V/48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery is designed for users who need a compact and reliable battery pack for solar energy storage and backup power. Its 5.12kWh nominal energy capacity can help store solar energy during the day and supply power during evening use, power outages or peak electricity periods.

The wall mounted cabinet helps save floor space and keeps the installation area clean and organized. With a maximum size of 450 × 440 × 153mm excluding terminals and handle, and a weight of about 42kg, the battery is suitable for homes, utility rooms, garages, equipment rooms, telecom cabinets and small off-grid power systems.

Built with 3.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 Cells

The wall mounted battery pack uses 100Ah 3.2V LiFePO4 cells and is assembled in a 16S1P configuration to create a 51.2V nominal battery system. The cell design supports stable operation, high current capability and reliable performance for energy storage applications.

At cell level, the nominal capacity is 100Ah, the minimum capacity is 98Ah and the nominal voltage is 3.2V. Each cell has an internal impedance of ≤2mΩ under the specified test condition. At pack level, the assembled battery capacity is ≥98Ah under 0.2C standard discharge.

This design makes the battery suitable for low-voltage solar energy systems that require a balance of usable energy, compact structure and stable battery chemistry.

Standard CC-CV Charging for Reliable Battery Operation

The battery pack uses a CC-CV charging method. Under standard charging conditions, it is charged with 20A constant current and 58.4V constant voltage until the charging current declines to ≤0.01C. This charging method helps the battery reach full charge in a controlled and stable way.

The recommended pack charge voltage is 58.4V ±0.02V. The maximum continuous charge current is 100A, while the standard charge current is 20A. For real projects, the charging setting should be matched with the inverter, charger, cable specification, breaker selection and BMS protection design.

At battery pack level, this 51.2V/48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery supports up to 100A maximum continuous discharge current. With a nominal voltage of 51.2V, the battery can provide approximately 5.12kW class output under suitable system design.

The compact wall mounted cabinet is designed for installations where floor space is limited. With a maximum thickness of 153mm, maximum width of 440mm and maximum height of 450mm excluding terminals and handle, the battery can fit into many home energy storage and small equipment room layouts.

The cabinet design should be installed on a suitable wall structure according to local installation requirements. The installation area should be dry, ventilated, protected from direct water exposure and away from fire, sharp objects, strong mechanical shock and conductive materials that may cause short circuit risk.

Working Temperature and Storage Guidance

The battery pack is designed for charging from 0°C to 45°C and discharging from -20°C to 60°C under the specified operating humidity range. This makes it suitable for indoor and sheltered energy storage locations such as garages, utility rooms, equipment rooms and solar storage areas.

For long-term storage, the battery should be stored in a suitable indoor environment and charged to about 30% to 50% capacity. The specification recommends charging the battery about once every half year to prevent over-discharge. For battery packs with protection circuit, charging every three months during storage is recommended.
