345.6V High-Voltage Platform for Efficient System Integration

A 345.6V nominal DC platform helps reduce current requirements compared with lower-voltage battery systems at similar power levels. The system supports a recommended charge and discharge current of 50A and a maximum continuous current of up to 150A, providing flexibility for different operating strategies and project requirements.

Multi-Level Battery Management and Protection

The integrated battery management architecture monitors cell voltage, temperature, current, SOC and system operating status. Built-in protection functions cover overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, high temperature and low temperature, while the high-voltage control unit also integrates a circuit breaker and fuse for additional electrical protection.

Adaptive Charge and Discharge Control

The BMS adjusts allowable charging and discharging current according to cell temperature and battery SOC. Charging is disabled outside the specified 0°C to 55°C temperature range, while discharging is disabled at or below -20°C and at or above 60°C, helping protect the battery under unsuitable operating conditions.

Forced-Air Cooling for More Consistent Operation

The battery modules use temperature-controlled forced-air cooling to improve temperature consistency during operation. Fan speed can be managed through PWM control, with the fans automatically activated when the highest cell temperature exceeds 35°C and switched off when it falls below 32°C.

4.3-Inch Touchscreen for On-Site System Monitoring

The high-voltage control unit includes a 4.3-inch touchscreen that gives installers and operators access to total voltage, individual cell voltage, current, remaining capacity, SOC, alarm status and protection information. Multi-level permissions also support language selection and communication protocol configuration.

The standard system consists of six 18kWh LiFePO4 battery modules and one high-voltage control unit. Required power cables, communication cables and installation accessories should be confirmed according to the project configuration.

The specification provides reference parameters for a 50kW-class inverter. However, the final inverter or PCS selection must be based on voltage range, maximum current, communication protocol, application and local system requirements.

No battery should be assumed to work with every inverter. Avepower supports CAN and RS485 communication and can assist with protocol matching, but the exact inverter brand, model and firmware version must be checked before ordering.

The standard enclosure is rated IP20 and is intended for dry indoor or protected installation environments. Outdoor installation requires a suitable external enclosure or a separately developed outdoor solution.
