Project Overview
A 215kWh Liquid-Cooled ESS for C&I Energy Control
This project uses a 215.04kWh liquid-cooled outdoor energy storage cabinet to help the site improve energy flexibility, support peak-load management and create a more stable power supply structure.
The system is based on an all-in-one cabinet design. It integrates long-life LFP battery packs, BMS, PCS, EMS, intelligent power distribution, thermal management and fire protection into one standardized outdoor cabinet. This makes the system easier to transport, install, commission and maintain compared with separated battery and power conversion layouts.

Why Liquid Cooling Was Used
Liquid Cooling Helps Improve Temperature Control and Battery Life
Liquid cooling was selected because C&I storage systems need better thermal consistency during continuous charge and discharge operation.
According to the cabinet specification, the cell temperature difference is controlled within 3°C. This helps improve operational safety and supports longer battery cycle life. Compared with simpler air-cooling designs, liquid cooling is more suitable for higher-capacity C&I cabinets where temperature balance directly affects performance, protection and long-term reliability.
Key benefits:
- Better cell temperature consistency
- Improved battery safety during operation
- More stable charge and discharge performance
- Lower thermal stress on battery packs
- Better support for long cycle life applications
